한국큐레이터협회는 정기적인 토론 프로그램으로 회원들의 적극적인 참여를 유도하기 위하여 월례행사로 <한국큐레이터협회 월례포럼 2010>을 엽니다. 이 행사는 해외 큐레이터들을 스페셜 게스트로 초청해서 다양한 주제의 토론을 벌임으로써 국내외 큐레이터들 사이의 공통 의제를 개발하고 상호 이해증진과 교류 증진을 모색하는 자리입니다.
큐레이터들의 집단 지성을 활성화하기 위한 7월의 월례포럼 자리에 싱가포르의 큐레이터 조이스 판을 초청하여 대화의 자리를 갖고자 합니다. 이번 행사는 국립현대미술관과 협업으로 열리는 기획전 <아시아의 리얼리즘>전을 준비해온 조이스 판을 통해서 국제적인 미술관 교류 과정의 전반적인 이야기를 듣는 자리입니다. 특히 그와 함께 일해온 국립현대미술관의 김인혜 큐레이터가 사회를 봄으로써 더욱 밀도있는 자리가 될 것 같습니다. 많은 참석 부탁드립니다.

The Korea Curators' Association is a regularly held discussion program and is holding an event, "KorCA Forum 2010", for its members' active participation. This event seeks to promote mutual understanding and international art exchange by discussing various topics with the special guests.
Joyce Fan, curator at the Singapore Art Museum, is joining KorCA Forum in order to enhance intellectual knowledge of the curators. She has worked on 'Realism in Asia', a special exhibition that KorCA Forum has collaborated with the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea. Through this special event, the members of Korea Curators' Association will hear about the process of international art exchange. Her work partner, Kim In-hae, at the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea will be emceeing the event.
